Our StoryPakistan is the fifth populous country in the world. Pakistan's ranking on the Human Development Index (HDI) 2019 fell one notch more and stood at 152nd position out of the total 189 countries. Most alarmingly, Pakistan's ranking was lower than all comparable regional countries of South Asia and the most affected due to global warming. It is experiencing water crisis in terms of access and quality. Like every Pakistani we also felt the disastrous impact of water shortages. It becomes really hard to imagine families living out of poverty with no access to clean drinking water. |
